BASIL CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

Basil leaves   - 150 gm
Coriander lvs - 100 gm
Onion             - 200 gm
Apples            - 250 gm
Green chili      - 1
Salt                  - 1 tsp
Pepper             - 50 gm
Tamarind paste- 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.

Refrigerate and serve.
