INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin - 2 cup
Garlic - 5
Fresh thyme - 1/4 cup
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Red chilies - 3Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven add, pumpkin to the baking dish.
2. Add salt and pepper, garlic in side it.
3. Add some fresh thyme, coriander seeds, vinegar, red chili and chili powder.
4. Drizzle olive oil and mix it all together.
5. Then put the baking dish into the oven for 30 mins.
