INGREDIENTS
Eggs slice - 6
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander pwd - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seed pwd - pinch
Garam masala - pinch
Oil - 4 tsp
Milk - 4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a pan, add salt, beaten egg, curry leaves and milk for a coating.
2. Add few egg slices in the mix and coat both sides.
3. Cook it in oil and keep aside.
4. In a bottomed vessel, add oil, chopped onion and saute, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
5. Add curry leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, fennel seed powder, coriander
powder and cumin powder, mix well.
6. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well.
7. Add water to a boil, add fried egg slices and cook well.
8. Add garam masala powder and mix, become a gravy consistency.
9. Add salt , pepper powder and coriander leaves to taste...........
