INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 2 cup
Capsicum - 1
Yellow bell pepper - 1
Red bell pepper - 1Oil - 1/4 cup
Cajun powder - 1 tsp
Fresh thyme - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Black peppercorns and salt
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, add paneer, capsicum, bell peppers, oil salt,
peppercorns, cajun powder, thyme and garlic mix well.
2. Arrange marinated paneer and veg onto skewers.
3. Heat oil in a pan, place this on it and grill .
