INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese - 1 cup
Water - 3 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Food colour (optional)
Raisins, pista or badam
DIRECTIONS
1. Knead the cheese well and add food colour.
2. Make the dough in to oval shape
3. Make sugar syrup.
4. Place the dough in the sugar syrup.
5. Cover with a lid and boil on a low heat for about
10 minutes.
6. Remove the lid after that.
7. Then again cover the lid and boiled well.
8. Then it becomes big and soft.
9. The syrup dries up, the thick syrup taken out from them.
10. Serve with pista or raisins.
