INGREDIENTS
1 . Beef - 1 kg
2 . Chilli powder - 4 tsp
3 . Sweet cumin powder - 1 tsp
4 . Ginger garlic - 5 tsp
5 . Green chilli - 4
6 . Onion chopped - 2 cup
7 . Ghee - 1/2 cup
8 . Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
9 . Tamarind - reqd
10. Salt, curry leaves
and coriander leaves.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan, heat ghee, then add 4 & 5 ingredients, fry it.
2. When the colour changed, add chilli powder, sweet cumin powder,
turmeric powder, onion & salt.
3. Cooked it for 5 min
4. Add beef piece and sliced green chilli in it and cooked for 10 min.
5. When beef cooked well add required tamarind and curry leaves.
6. Off the pan and add coriander leaves to get taste.
