INGREDIENTS
Onion(chopped) - 1 cup
Egg - 4
Green chilli - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Besan flour - 1 cup
Oil - required
Salt
Curry leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil egg and cut it in to 4 pieces.
2. In a plate, add onion,green chilli, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, besan flour
and salt, stir and mix with water.
3. Make the paste in ball like shape and fill each egg piece inside it.
4. In a pan, heat oil, deep fry vada. Careful not to break the ball.
5. Serve it hot,
