INGREDIENTS
Banana - 3 large
Purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Cardamom - 2 tsp
Cashew(chopped) - 5
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil and mashed banana, remove seed
2. Mix it with purpose flour.
3. Make sugar syrup.
4. In a pan mix ghee, cashew, coconut and cardamom.
5. Make small ball shape balls and fill the filling (4)
(Careful to not smashed the banana balls)
6. When a pan heat , add oil , fry the banana balls.
