INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour- 2 cup
Water - reqd
Butter - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix wheat flour with water and salt to form dough then add
butter to get smoothness and taste.
2. Make medium balls.
3. Roll the bolls into circles neither thin nor thick.
4. In a pan, heat oil fry the balls.
