INGREDIENTS
Besan flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
1. Make sugar syrup by boiling water with sugar.
2. Boil besan flour lightly.
3. Add sugar syrup and ghee to the besan flour.
4. Stir well, and add ghee when it become a paste like
consistency.
5. In a pan, spread some ghee and pour the solution in it.
6. Cut in to pieces when it cool.
