INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken cooked and chopped - 2 cup
2. Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
3. Green chilli - 2 tsp
4. Ginger garlic - 2 tsp
5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Coriander leaves - few

9. Bread crumbs - 1 cup

11. Egg - 1
12. Purpose flour - 1/2 cup
FOR BURGER
Bun - 1
Tomato - 1
Cabbage leave - few
Cucumber - 1 piece
Onion - 1 piece
Butter - 2 tsp
Cheese - 1 piece
Mayonnaise - few
DIRECTIONS
1. Add and mix 2 to 9 ingredients in chicken.
2. Mix it well, make it as a cutlet consistency.
3. Shape the cutlet and dip in egg and then to bread crumbs.
4. Fry it with oil. cutlet is ready.
5. Cut the bun in to two equal parts.
6. Spread butter then mayonnaise.
7. Spread cabbage leaves over it.
8. Cut onion, tomato and cucumber in round shape and spread
over the mayonnaise.
9. Place chicken cutlet over it.
10. Place cheese piece over it.
11. Cover the remaining part of the bun at above.
