INGREDIENTS
Bread - 6 slices
Potato - 2 (chopped)
Green gram dal - 1/2 cup
Egg (beat frothy) - 3
Shallots (chopped) - 5
Green chilli ( " ) - 2
Mustard - 2 tsp
Ginger (chopped) - 1
Garlic (chopped) - 1
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Curry powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Dalda - 4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Drizzle dalda in a pan,allow to heat. After that, add mustard, shallots, green chilli,
ginger, garlic,and curry leaves. allow to fry .
2. Add green gram dal and potato, cook potato.
3. Add turmeric powder, curry powder and salt. close the pan with low flame for 2 min.
4. Add little drops of water (optional)
5. When it cooked well, add bread slices above the potato mix, again close the pan,
allow to cook for 5 min in low flame.
6. Add beaten egg above the bread, again close the pan and allow to cook for 5 min in
low flame.
7. Mix the bread-egg mixture well by using a fork, because by using this the mixtures
mix well and the ingredients flavor spread all portions, don't forget to add salt.
8. After than off the flame, add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
(Use any vegetables for taste)
