INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Potato - 1 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Cloves - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chili pwd - 2 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Green chili - 2
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Potato - 1 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, mustard, cloves, cumin .
2. Add onion and saute well.
3. Add ginger, garlic paste and saute.
4. Add chili powder, turmeric powder and 2 cup of water.
5. Allow to boil, add salt.
6. Add potato, cauliflower to it and cook well.
7. Add sliced green chili after it cooked well.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
