INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Garlic minced - 1 tsp
Onion diced - 1 cup
Celery - 2 stalks
Pepper - 1 tsp
Scallions - 1 bunch
Cauliflower - 3 cups
Thyme fresh - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chili pwd - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock - 2 cups
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil add garlic, onion, celery, peppers and scallions and saute.
2. Stir with the remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer over medium low heat and stir for 30 mins, cooked well.
