INGREDIENTS
Black gram - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Bengal gram - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom pwd - 1 tsp
Oil and salt reqd
DIRECTIONS
1. Grind black gram as a paste, add salt and set aside.
2. Cook bengal gram add sugar to it and blend well.
3. In a heavy bottomed vessel add paste and cook and stir
4. Add grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix well.
5. Shape small balls.
6. Heat oil and deep fry the balls.
7. Dip each balls in the batter and deep fry till brown.
