INGREDIENTS
Raw rice - 1/2 cup
Water - needed
Grated jaggery - 1/2 cup
Banana - 1
Urad papad - 1
Cardamom - 2
Grated coconut - 1/3 cup

Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS
1. Wash and soak the rice for 2 hrs. Drain all the water completely and spread the rice
in a paper for 10 mins. Grind the rice to fine powder, soak papad in little water.
2. Take jaggery in a wide bowl, and little water to cover it, melt and strain.
3. Boil it for a min till it becomes frothy, add syrup to the rice flour and set aside.
4. In a mixer, add soaked papad, cardamom seeds, grated coconut, banana and little
water and grind them to a smooth paste.
5. Add the paste to the rice flour, jaggery mixture and mix well.
6. Add ghee roasted coconut bits and sesame seeds along with ghee to the batter.
7. Take a pan, add oil to each mould, heat it and pout the batter and cook both sides.
