INGREDIENTS
Dates chopped - 1 cup
Walnuts (raw) - 1cup
Sesame seeds - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Lemon zest - 2 tsp
Coconut flakes - 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
1. Place dates, walnuts, sesame seeds, lemon juice and zest in a food processor.
2. Pulse and blend until completely mixed.
3. When it become sticky, roll it into balls.
4. Roll in coconut and chill until ready to serve.
