INGREDIENTS
Ladies finger - 5
Onion - 1 cup
Oil - 5 tsp
Mustard - 2 tsp
Red chili - 2
Masala - 1 tsp
Chili pwd - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the ladies finger in to pieces .
2. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, red chili, curry leaves and onion saute well.
3. Add chili powder, masala and salt to it.
4. Stir well and cook by cover the pan.
