INGREDIENTS
Rice flour - 2 cups
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Water - reqd
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl mix rice flour powder with water and salt.
2. Add ghee to it, to get smooth in consistency.
3. In a puttu maker, add water to the vessel and allow to hot,
Insert puttu mix to the mould then coconut, again continue the process.
4. Cover the mould by using lid.
5. When steam on high flame, turn low flame and remove the puttu
from the mould.
6. TASTY COMBINATION IS KADALA CURRY ::))
