INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces - 1 cup
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Fresh greens - 1/4 cup
Cucumber sliced - 1/2 cup
Tomato sliced - 1/2 cup
Capsicum sliced - 1/2 cup
Cheese - 1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, place chicken and pepper, saute .
2. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. Add lemon juice, mustard, and vinegar to this.
4. Place lettuce in a plate with tomatoes, cucumber.
6. Top the chicken and other items.
7. Garnish with cheese.
