INGREDIENTS
For corn munchurian:
Sweet corn - 1 1/4 cups
Besan flour - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic " - 1 tsp
Raw rice - 1 1/4 cup
Spring onion - 3
Carrots - 1
Capsicum - 1
Red chilies - 2
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Sweet corn - 1 1/4 cups

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the oil, frying corn munchurian, while the oil is heating, take a bowl and mix in the
coarsely ground sweet corn, green chilies, ginger parlic paste, coriander leaves, salt,
besan and corn flour, make small balls and deep fry to a goldwn brown shade.
2. In a pan, heat oil, add minced garlic and saute, add dry chilies and spring onion and saute
3. Add the finely chopped carrots, capsicum and saute, constantly mixing the contents, add
salt, vinegar, pepper powder and soy sauce and mix.
4. Add the corn manchurian and mix, add the cooked rice and mix well, adjust salt.
5. Garnish with spring onions::)
