INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillet - 3
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Dill weed and salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat broiler and plain skillet for 10 mins.
2. Rub salmon with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard.
3. Using a hot pad, pull pan away from the heat and place salmon
on hot pan, skin side down.
4. Return to broiler, cook well.
5. Garnish with dill weed...
