INGREDIENTS
Pork - 2 cup
Kashmiri chili - 6
Ginger - 2 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tspOil - 3 tsp
Onion - 1 cup
Gur powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Grind the chilies, ginger, garlic and cumin to a fine paste.
2. Mix the pork into the masala.
3. Heat oil add pork mix and stir.
4. Add the onions and simmer.
5. Add gur and mix well serve hot.
