INGREDIENTS
Salmon - 4
Honey - 2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Ginger - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds to taste.

DIRECTIONS
1. Turn on the oven boiler, place the honey, soy sauce, ginger and vinegar in a bowl,
whisk to combine.
2. Place the salmon fillets in a zip-lock bag and pour in the marinate.
3. Marinate for 15 mins.
4. Line a cookie sheet, place the fillets on the sheet and heat for 9 mins.
5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve it.
