INGREDIENTS
Parottas - 4
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Garlic - 3
Ginger - 1
Green chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Spring onion
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Tear the parottas into bite sized pieces.
2. Heat a bottom vessel, add oil, minced garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion and
sliced capsicum.
3. When cooked well, add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, soy sauce, tomato
sauce and salt. mix well.
4. Add the shredded parotta and continue to roast on high flame, tossing the contents
such that the spices and sauce coat well.
5. Add the lemon juice and mix.
6. Garnish with spring onion, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
