INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 2
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Green chilies - 3
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Curry leaves and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil, add green chilies, asafoetida, ginger and curry leaves.
2. Add chopped carrot and mix.
3. Add salt and cook till it became soft.
4. Add coriander powder and cook.
5. Add sesame seeds and red chilli flakes and mix.
6. Carrot fry is ready to serve.
