Beetroot - 1
Onion - 1
Mustard - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Red chili - 1
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves.
2. Add chopped onion and long length beetroot pieces.
3. Add water to cook the beetroot and add salt.
4. Serve with hot rice.
