INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 2 cup
Garlic - 10
Ginger - 1
Corn flour - 2
Egg - 1
Pineapple - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 cupCabbage - 1 cup
Red green
yellow pepper - 1 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato juice - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
1. Marinade the chicken in a marinade of garlic and ginger paste, some corn flour
along with soy sauce and salt and keep it for 1 hour.
2. In a pan add oil, saute carrots, cabbage, onions and pepper, add some tomato
juice to it bring to a slight boil.
3. Fry the chicken and set to simmer
4. Serve with rice.
