BUTTER RAISINS RICE

INGREDIENTS


Butter          - 4 tsp
Rice             - 1 cup
Salt              - 1 tsp
Water          - 2 cup
Olive oil       - 3 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Pine nuts      - 1/3 cup
Raisins         - 1/3 cup
Parsley         - 2 tsp
Salmon        - 1 lb

DIRECTIONS


1.  Melt butter, add rice,salt and cook, stir well, add water and cook well.
2.  In a bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts, raisins and parsley, mix well.
3.  In a pan, add salmon and cook well.
4.  Place rice in a plate top with salmon and nuts on it.
