PANKO CRUSTED COTTAGE CHEESE

INGREDIENTS


Paneer          - 1 cup
Rosemary     - few
parsley          - few
Cumin pwd   - 1 pinch
Oregano       - 1 pinch
White flour    - 1 tsp
Corn flour      - 1 1/2 tsp
Milk                - 1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
Butter             - 4 tsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Marinate the paneer with some salt, oregano, and cumin powder.
2.  In a bowl, make a batter with corn flour, white flour, milk and salt.
3.  Dust some white flour over the paneer as well.
4.  Coat with the batter and bread crumbs.
5.  Fry the paneer in a mix of butter and oil......
