CARROT CASHEW PATE

INGREDIENTS


Chopped carrots - 2 cup
Cashews             - 1 cup
Chopped ginger - 2 tsp
Lemon juice       - 5 tsp
Soy sauce          - 2 tsp
Olive oil              - 4 tsp
Parsley               - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Blend all ingredients except parsley in a blender until a smooth paste.
2.  Add parsley and serve it........
