KHAKRA CANAPES

INGREDIENTS

Khakra crisps       - 16
Potato boiled        - 1
Onion chopped     - 1
Cumin powder      - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder         - 1 tsp
Chaat masala       - 1 tsp
Corn kernels         - 1/4 cup
Mint chutney         - 2 tsp
Tamarind chutney - 2 tsp
Lemon juice          - 1/2 tsp
Curd                      - 2 tsp
Bell pepper, Sev, salt and coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS

1.  Chop potatoes add onion, salt, cumin powder, red chili, chaat masala and mix well.
2.  Add corn kernels and mix, add mint chutney, tamarind chutney and mix well.
3.  Add coriander spring and lemon juice.
4.  Place khakra crisps on a serving platter.
5.  Top each with a spoonful of chaat, garnish with curd, mint chutney, tamarind
     chutney and sev.
6.  Sprinkle some red chili powder on top and crown with pepper.
