DAHI SHORBA

INGREDIENTS


Yogurt               - 2 cup
Besan                - 3 tsp
Water                 - 2 cup
Sugar                 - 2 tsp
Salt                    - 1 tsp
Radish               - 4
Heeng                - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds   - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds      - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilis            - 4
Garlic chopped   - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves and curry leaves

DIRECTIONS


1.  Whip yogurt until smooth, combine besan with water and yogurt.
2.  Add sugar, salt and radish, bring to a boil.
3.  In a pan, heat oil, add hing, mustard seeds, cumin and coriander seeds.
4.  Add curry leaves, chili,garlic.
5.  Add the spices to the soup, simmer well.
6.  Strain the soup, add diced radish .
7.  Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.........
