TANDOORI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Chicken          - 1 full
Curd                - 4 tsp
Lemon juice    - 2 tsp
Ginger paste    - 1 tsp
Garlic paste     - 1 tsp
Pepper pwd     - 1 tsp
Chili pwd          - 1 tsp
Kasturi methi   - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red colour       - 1 pinch
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix together all the ingredients except chicken and let it rest for some times.
2.  Marinate the chicken with the spice blend, rub well.
3.  Refrigerate for 8 hrs.
4.  Preheat oven to 180 dg.
5.  Grill the chicken for an hour, brush oil to the sides.
6.  Towards the end increase the temperature above 200 dg to allow browning
     of the top surface.
7.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with pepper and serve hot..........
