RICE DHOKLA

INGREDIENTS

Rice                   - 2 cups
Semolina           - 1/2 cup
Curd                  - 1 cup
Oil                     - 4 tsp
Mustard             - 1/2 cup
Red pepper       - 2
Asafoetida pwd - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice      - 1 tsp
Salt, sugar and water

DIRECTIONS

1.  Mix the rice flour, semolina, curd, sugar, oil in a smooth paste.
2.  Add enough water to make a good batter.
3.  Add lemon juice and asafoetida and leave to overnight.
4.  In a steamer, boil water, pour batter in a prepared plates.
5,  Cover and  steam.
6.  Remove and cook and cut into cubes.
7.  Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red pepper, water and pour
    the cubes.
8.  Garnish with coriander leaves....
