MEXICAN GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS


Ripe avocados - 3
Lime juice        - 2 tsp
Minced onions - 1/2 cup
Green chilies    - 2
Tomatoes         - 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves     - 1
Cilantro             - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Slice the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh out of their shells.
2.  Mash the avocado, add green chilli, tomatoes and onion, squeeze lemon juice.
3.  Sprinkle cilantro, pepper and salt.
4.  Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips...
