INDO CHINESE CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken     - 1/2 kg
Spring onions white - 7 tsp
Spring onion green  - 5 tsp
Chopped garlic        - 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger       - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce                - 2 tsp
Chili sauce                - 1 tsp
Vinegar                     - 2 tsp
Sugar                        - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce           - 2 tsp
Red chili powder       - 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil                - 2 tsp
Oil and salt
1 tsp Corn flour + 5 tsp stock 

For marinade :  the below ingredients

Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg white         - 1 
Ginger, garlic   - 1 tsp
Chili paste        - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce        - 1/2 tsp
Purpose flour   - 1 tsp
Corn flour        - 3 tsp
Water and salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  Heat oil, make small balls of the marinated chicken and cook in oil, deep fry it.
2.  In a vessel, add oil, add chopped garlic and saute, add ginger, green chili and saute.
3.  Add spring onions white and saute well.
4.  Add sugar, soy sauce, tomato, chili sauce, vinegar and saute well add chicken stock
     or water and cook, add fried chicken balls and cook.
5.  Add corn flour water and cook.
6.  Add chopped green spring onion and combine serve with spring onion.
