STICKY TAMARIND CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

Chicken wings     - 4
Chili garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soy sauce           - 2 tsp
Tamarind puree  - 2 tsp
Ginger minced    - 2 tsp
Vinegar               - 1/2 cup
Honey                 - 1 tsp
Black pepper      - 1 tsp
Lemon juice       - 2 tsp
Flour                  - 1 cup
Corn starch        - 1 cup
Oil to fry and salt

DIRECTIONS

1.  Make a marinade using soy sauce, tamarind puree, ginger paste, honey, vinegar,
     lemon juice, garlic, flour and corn starch.
2.  Pour over the chicken wings and marinate for 2 hrs.
3.  In a heavy bottomed pan, add oil fry until brown and crispy....
