FRITTO MISTO

INGREDIENTS

Red bell pepper     - 1
Yellow bell pepper - 1
Mushrooms            - 8
Green zucchini       - 1
Yellow zucchini      - 1
Cauliflower             - 1
Onion pieces          - 1 cup
Refined flour           - 3 tsp
Rice flour                - 3 cup
Lemon juice            - 2 tsp
Olive oil                   - 2 tsp
Oil, salt to taste
Black peppercorns to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  Mix all veg in a bowl, add crushed peppercorns, salt and lemon juice and mix.
2.  Add oil and refined, rice flour, mix together.
3.  Add a little water and mix
4.  Heat oil in a pan, dip veg in the batter and deep fry and crisp.
5.  Serve with crispy.
