PUFF PASTRY

INGREDIENTS


Refined flour - 3 cup
Salt                - 1 tsp
Butter            - 2 cups
Iced water     - 1 cup

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix flour salt and 1 cup butter into a crumbly consistency.  
2.  Add some water and mix well.
3.  Refrigerate for 1 hr.
4.  Beat the butter in two sheets of plastic, roll the dough, place butter in center and fold.
5.  Press edges and freeze..........
