CANTONESE CHICKEN SOUP

INGREDIENTS


Vegetables     - 5 pieces
Chicken          - 1 cup
Spring onion   - 4
Chicken stock - 1/4 cup
Mushrooms     - 10
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cook chicken pieces, mushroom, veg in a container.
2.  Add chicken stock, spring onion to this, put it in over to cook.
3.  Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.....
