HAWAIIAN PORK CHOP

INGREDIENTS

 Pork Chops With Bone         - 4
 Pineapple Pieces In Syrup   - 1 can
Shaved Ham, chopped          - 1 cup
 Dried Oregano/Italian Herbs - 2 tsp
Tomatoes, finely chopped      - 1 cup
 Grated Cheese                      - 1 cup
Baked Corns                           - 5
Green Salad, to serve

DIRECTIONS


1. Preheat oven to 200 degree, place chops into a large ovenproof baking dish.
2. Drained the pineapple pieces and finely chopped.
3. Mix together the pineapple, ham, dried herbs, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
4. Spoon mixture onto chops and sprinkle with some cheese.
5. Baked chops for 25 - 30 minutes depend on the thickness or until cooked through.
6. Serve with salad, fries, baked corns or etc....
