GOBHI 65

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower   - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt               - 1 tsp
Pepper pwd  - 1 tsp
Curd              - 1/2 cup
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste   - 1/2 tsp
Egg whites    - 2
Cornflour       - 2 tsp
Purpose flour - 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

1.  Mix cauliflower, salt, pepper, curd and ginger garlic paste and keep aside.
2.  After an hour, mix cornflour, purpose flour and egg white.
3.  In a pan, heat oil, deep fry the gobhi.
4.  Serve with onion slices....
