CHAPATI NOODLES

INGREDIENTS


Chapati           - 5
Onion              - 2
Carrot              - 1
Tomato            - 2
Capsicum        - 2
Beans               - 5
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Curry powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic  - 2 tsp
    (paste)
Oil                    - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
(vegetables are in long slice shape)

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cut chapati in to long slice pieces.
2.  In a pan, when heat, add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste.
3. When onion became a golden colour, add vegetables, chilli powder,
    curry powder, and required salt .allow to cook
4.  Add chapati pieces in to the mixture and fry in low flame.
5.  Mix the mixture to absorb the flavor in chapati.
