EGG RICE

INGREDIENTS


Biriyani rice           - 2 cup
Egg                           - 4
Turmeric powder  - 2 tsp
Pepper powder      - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli             - 2 tsp
Chopped onion      - 1 cup
Ghee                         - 2 tsp
Oil                             - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves    - few
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  In a pan, heat ghee and add rice, not deep fry, then add water to it.
2.  Cook rice well.
3.  In a separate bowl, mix egg with pepper powder, coriander powder,
     turmeric powder and salt stir well.
4.  In a pan, heat oil, add green chilli, onion and coriander leaves, fry it
5.  When the onion become golden colour add the solution (2).
6.  Mix this mixture to the rice and stir.
7.  Serve it hot with salad.
