DIWALI SPECIAL KESARI

INGREDIENTS


Semolina     - 1 cup
Sugar           - 1 cup
Water          - 3 cup
Ghee           - 1/2 cup
Cashew       - 10
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Food colour - few


DIRECTIONS


  1. Roast semolina with 2 tsp of  ghee and keep aside.
  2. Fry the cashew and keep aside.
  3. In a pan, boil water, and add fried semolina and stir well.
  4. When it cooked, add sugar and ghee.
  5. After that add food colout and last add cardamom powder.
  6. When it thicken, place to a greased pan, allow to cool.
  7. Place fried cashew over it and serve it.
