INGREDIENTS
Semolina     - 1 cup
Sugar           - 1 cup
Water          - 3 cup
Ghee           - 1/2 cup
Cashew       - 10
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Food colour - few
DIRECTIONS
- Roast semolina with 2 tsp of ghee and keep aside.
 - Fry the cashew and keep aside.
 - In a pan, boil water, and add fried semolina and stir well.
 - When it cooked, add sugar and ghee.
 - After that add food colout and last add cardamom powder.
 - When it thicken, place to a greased pan, allow to cool.
 - Place fried cashew over it and serve it.
