INGREDIENTS
Baji chilli                - 4
Besan flour            - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Baking soda          - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Oil                           - 2 cup
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Water
DIRECTIONS
1.  In a bowl, mix besan flour with water, red chilli powder, turmeric
     powder baking soda, salt and chopped coriander leaves
2.  In a pan, heat oil, dip each washed baji chilli to the above
     solution as a coating and fry it.
3.  Serve the hot baji with tomato sauce.
