MARSHMALLOW PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

Egg white               - 4
Gelatin                    - 20 gm
Vanilla essence      - 1/4 tsp
Sugar granulated   - 1/2 cup
Hot water                - 1/4 cup
Purpose flour          - 2 tsp
Green, pink colour- 2 drops each


DIRECTIONS

1.  Mix gelatin to the hot water.
2.  Mix egg white with sugar, and flour. stir well.
3.  Apply gelatin and vanilla to the egg 
4.  Separate in to three colour, pink, green and white.
5.  Place first layer in fridge, after set the first layer
      place the second layer, and third respectively.
