GREEN SPINACH CURRY

INGREDIENTS


  • Green spinach      - 5 cup
  • Green chilli           - 5
  • Coconut milk       - 3 cup
  • Mustard                - 2 tsp
  • Oil                          - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli              - 1
  • Curry leaves         - few
  • Tomato                 - 2 
  • Onion                    - 1
  • Ginger                   - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, sliced red chilli, gree chilli
     curry leaves,chopped onion and required salt, fry it
2.  Add chopped ginger and turmeric powder.
3.  Add green spinach in it and fry well.
4.  Add coconut milk, check the salt
5.  Finally add tomato (cut in to large pieces), tomato not too
     cook well.
6.  Serve with coriander leaves
