INGREDIENTS
Yogurt               - 1 cup
Corn meal         - 1 1/2 cup
Purpose flour    - 1 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt                    - 1 tsp
Eggs                  - 2
Butter                - 4 tsp
Oil                     - 2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
1.  Preheat the oven to 400 dg.  Mix the corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt
     in a large bowl.
2.  Whisk together the eggs, yogurt, butter and oil stir into the mixture.
